Centralized customer care

The Customer Service portal, currently exclusively used by DONATH International and DONATH Relocation and their respective customers, provides information on current moves and relocations of international transferees, mostly the co-workers of contract partners of DONATH International.

 

Main advantage of a web-driven application to manage the moves, provide information, and even track and trace the transferees move is, that it is accessible from all over the world, and offers a centralized, hierarchy-based interface to anybody involved: the transferee, the human resources manager, and the customer service.
